Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to work for our Public Sector Client in the Dorchester area. We are looking for experienced Candidates to support the existing team (Normal office hours) and provide general administration and customer service duties, including:

• Word processing, letters, reports, forms etc.
• Dealing with routine queries via email or over the phone
• Accurate data entry
• Maintenance of Filing and record management systems

You will need to be able show previous recent experience within a similar role and be able to evidence this on your CV. You will Ideally have the the following key skills:

• Good Working knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft based
• Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral with a great telephone manner
• Be able to prioritise your workload and work to your own initiative
• Be a proven team player and be comfortable dealing with people on all levels
