Permanent IT Administrator role in Plymouth, £22- £24K DOE
Wise Employmentare currently recruiting for an IT Administrator for a growing, brand, quality, production company based in the Plymouth area to take responsibility for the organisations help desk.
What your day will look like:
This is a new role created to oversee the IT Help desk. This role would suit a self-driven individual who whilst ensuring IT practices are aligned, will technically drive the day to day operations for the end users
You will be required to offer tech support, manage own work-flow, adhere to response times and provide daily PC support remotely to ensure end users office based and WFM.
You will promote and encourage a continued positive, happy and productive workplace where all employees work to the established mission and objectives.
You will be responsible for the IT induction process for new starters, ensuring all equipment, software, peripherals and accounts are set up for start dates
Moving forward you will take ownership over hardware, phone service, 3rd party contractors. You will be managing the companies network, maintain the server, network area storage and backups.
Qualifications and experience required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or similar field.
Minimum of 2 Years experience in a related field.
Ability to create technical documentation
Offer exceptional, professional support with high attention to detail alongside an excellent customer service at all levels.
The position is full time permanent working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
The Salary is £22K-£24K depending on experience. This role also offers free parking and 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
