Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to work for a well known family run company that just recently won the 2021 Rospa award winner for their health and safety to make sure their staff, customers, clients and contractors get home safely to their families at the end of each working day.

Hours are 8 am till 5pm Monday to Friday on a temp to perm basis, you would be required to have experience in a fast paced customer facing role with your main duties and responsabilities as below :

-To coordinate repair calls,planned works orders and engineers ensuring that deadline are met and that customer service standards are met at all times.

-To ensure all appointments are made with the clients and that engineers have full working schedules.

-To ensure appointments are booked for the relevantly skilled engineer for the correct job, making sure everything they need to carry out the works is available ( materials, access information )

-To update customers during the service process to ensure that they are kept up to date with the progress of the work, this will include spreadsheets portals and email communication.

-To check the paperwork that is generated by the jobs and ensure that any outstanding paperwork is chased before the job is closing down.

-To be responsible for 10 engineers timesheets, to ensure they are actionned and processed accordingly ready for deadline of each month.

-To answer the department telephones in a timely manner and take messages when necessary for other members of staff.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel

-Excellent ability to organize and prioritise workload effectively to meet targets.

-High level of accuracy and tenacity.

-Excellent team working skills.

-Good problem-solving skills.

-Customer focused.
