Smart Recruitment are seeking a reliable and switched on entry level person to work in an office position in Dorchester. It is in the office 5 days per week, and is available for an initial 6 month contract.
Main responsibilities would be answering the telephone and recording and circulating messages promptly & answering the door and dealing with visitors courteously and appropriately. You would also process incoming and outgoing post and internal mail, carry out photocopying and faxing for both head office and their outlying services across Dorset. Other duties would include general filing, organising the archiving, shredding, word processing, maintaining information packs, including new starter Information and Training folders.
Ideally you will be familiar with Microsoft 365 Office; specifically competent in the use of Word, excel, power point and publisher
Standard working hours would be 9-5 with a half hour (unpaid) lunch (37.5 hrs/wk)
Owing to the nature of the business, an enhanced DBS will be required.
