Working for a top legal firm in a conveyancing department of 13, this is a great opportunity to join a friendly and very busy Residential Property team. We are seeking someone with conveyancy experience, ideally residential - day to day you will support the team in all sale and purchase transactions. This will include audio typing and admin support, so solid typing (including audio transcription) and IT skills are essential.
Knowledge of Solcase, Searchflow and Land Registry direct would be preferable
The aim is for you to help proactively drive forward Conveyancing matters from instructions to exchange and completion by liaising with other parties in the chain and with conveyancers and agents.
The ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and ensure that the client’s best interests are served at all times are vital qualities.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.15pm with an hour for lunch - while remote working is a possibility there will also be times you need to attend their socially distanced and covid secure offices.
