Winning new orders for a company, processing those new orders & seeing the product through the supply chain to successful delivery/completion with YOUR customers - sound good?
We have a permanent sales role available at a company that is seeking rapid growth moving into the next few years. They need someone who can wear a few hats, but concentrate at least half their time on business development - initially this will be within their smaller independent target client base, but as you progress there will be opportunity to become involved in large national accounts.
Ideally we want candidates applying that have experience selling product in the food / FMCG market - this will allow you to hit the ground more quickly than someone who doesn't - but if you have the right attitiude and the right ambition / willingness to learn then they will consider non-food background candidates.
The company is relatively small in size (but looking to grow rapidly) so any Sales Executive needs to be able to support the full delivery of the product: from winning the customer through consistent and intelligent sales activity, to ensuring they are involved in order processing and assisting in making sure the customer recieves full updates throughout the journey from order to delivery.
All of the stuff you usually see in a sales job advert applies in terms of energy, enthusiasm and capability to bounce back from a bad call or meeting.
