As a  Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining there expanding team based in Poundbury, working closely with the office manager and team leads. Your role is to provide excellent customer service to users, clients and the general public. You will be dealing with complex issues and will be responsible for delivering a range of services to ensure the most practical and efficient approach is taken when providing health care support, maintaining up to date accurate records, checking and inputting data in a prompt and timely fashion.

Hours- 22.5 and 30 hours per week on a 24/7shift rota basis (nights & weekends)

Location - Poundbury, Dorchester

Shifts -  6am - 2pm, 2pm to 10pm or 10pm - 6am  (this may vary depending on service needs)With Nights and Weekends paying a premium of £10.86.

Training - Full training will be provided for this role over an initial 4 weeks (40 hours, Monday - Friday). This commitment to training is at the heart of everything this company does and it is essential you are able to commit as well.

You would need to be flexible and will be expected to work some weekends in line with the rota's.

This role would suit someone with excellent people skills either from the Health Care, Retail or Catering sectors and will lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate.
