We are currently recruiting for Customer Care / Telecare Advisors to join our clients expanding team to deliver exceptional service to Public Sector agencies providing Health Care support.

Working in a busy and dynamic team to provide timely and efficient support to health and social care professionals to meet the required outcomes for patients / clients. You will need to have excellent IT skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and be able to manage an ever changing workload.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of the area’s leading Health Care companies providing a single point of contact to other Health Care professionals. Full training will be given but a resilient and can do attitude is essential for this role.

Working between 15 and 30 hours per week on a 24/7 rota basis. Days / Lates / Nights and Weekends. With a Basic rate of £8.34 and Premium shifts increasing to £10.43. You will be expected to flexible and work 2 weekends out of 4.

We are looking for candidates wanting a permanent position as this role will be permanent after a qualifying period.
