Job Description

The role is full time, and they offer flexible working patterns, to accommodate most candidates, providing you have the skills and experience they desire. They would expect a minimum of 3 days in the office, but working from home is possible, as is flexibility with start and finish times to fit in with your life. 

The company work with a variety of clients that have rapidly changing requirements, so a positive attitude and the ability to dynamically adapt your day to the requirements of their clients and the needs of the business is critical.

Most of the work you will do will be once the company has secured an order, although there will be some CRM admin support to help the business development stages.

Duties will include:


  • Sales Administration (raising orders, sending orders and communicating with finance) 
  • Sales support (customer service phone calls, simple quotations, filing drawings using their cloud based CRM)
  • Data Entry (adding information to their quotation system, working closely with the chief estimator
  • Supporting Installation and Production Team (Cutting sheet delivery, admin support to the production team, RAMS & H&S paperwork)

Working in a small office with a team of 8 people, you will have the opportunity to work with a close knit hardworking team - depending on workload and employee ability there is the chance for this job to grow, and for the person to progress well within the firm.
