Exceptional organisational skills? A wealth of experience in Health Care? Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. Our client (rated Good by the CQC) are looking for a Care Coordinator to join their team based in Bridport. The Care Coordinator will support the Care Manager in maintaining the very high standards of care for adults across the Dorset area who choose to remain living in their own homes. You will be mainly office based but will also participate in the out-of-hours on call service and in an Emergency assist in the provision of care.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Providing and maintaining excellent customer service.

To assist and support the Care Manager in the day to day service provision.

To maintain accurate and complete records of customers and staff to the highest standards

To coordinate the team of Carers by updating and managing their daily work schedules using the electronic rostering system.

To undertake On Call duties on a rota basis and provide customer visits on an occasional basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you as an experienced Health Care worker to take the right steps into leadership. Ideally you will already have an NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care and previous experience in Supervisor or Senior role.
