Job Description

Do you have telephone answering experience, and a good command of Microsoft packages? Do you have a bubbly personality, and can work in a professional environment? If so, we have an ongoing temporary job that will surely be of interest to you!

The job is available at a market leading insurance company based in Yeovil. They are well established, and have a small but perfectly formed and long serving team. You will be working in an office with 6 colleagues, so you need to be able to get along well with others, have a sense of humour and be able to answer and direct calls efficiently using their tablet based phone system. When you are not doing this, you will be inputting data onto their back office system, generating letters, and any other administration duties required during the day. You will have to make the tea too, but this is shared equally among everyone!

The company require someone who is able to work 5 days per week, up to 5 hours per day (a minimum of 20 hours is required). Their standard opening hours are Mon – Thur 9am – 5pm and a 4.30pm finish on a Friday – if you could work 9am – 2pm Monday to Friday or 09.30 – 14.30 to fit in with school hours that would be perfect for them.

Ideally we want to hold interviews during the next two weeks, with someone appointed and started during the first 2 weeks of November. You will be required to attend an initial meeting at Smart Recruitment’s office in Yeovil.
