Electronic Systems Engineer
Chichester – Full time permanent position
Up to £35,000 doe + great benefits inc 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, great pension contribution and much more
We are working with an award winning technology development group with significant growth plans across their business. Product development, and launching new additional products into new markets is a key area of growth for the business, and as a result one of the companies within the group are now recruiting for an experienced Electronics Systems Engineer to join the team on a full time permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a successful growing business, and contribute significantly to a product which is already developed significantly and ready for the open market.
This is a role of high importance within the business, as it will carry the responsibility for installing and integrating control and sensor systems into unmanned surface vessels, and as such will require someone with an understanding of control and communication systems along with software interfacing knowledge.
On a daily basis the successful candidate will be responsible for
• Instillation of electronic system into the end product
• Integration of sensors and control and communication systems
• Support with product and interface design
• Undertake significant testing of new design and instillations
• Ensure all systems are compliant with health and safety and quality standards
To be considered the successful candidate will need significant experience in the instillation and integration of marine sensor systems or a relevant qualification within systems engineering, electronics or computer science.
