Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Administrators to work for our Public Sector Client in the Dorchester area. We are looking for experienced Administrators to support the existing teams (Normal office hours) and provide general administration and customer service duties, including:

• Word processing, letters, reports, forms etc.
• Dealing with routine queries
• Accurate data entry
• Maintenance of Filing and record management systems

You will need to be able show previous recent experience within a similar role and be able to evidence this on your CV. You will Ideally have the the following key skills:

• Good Working knowledge of IT systems - Microsoft based
• Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral
• Be able to prioritise your workload and have an eye for detail
• Be a proven team player and be comfortable dealing with people on all levels
