Job Description

Do you have a minimum of 2 years financial administration experience

Do you have good GCSE grades in English and Maths?

Do you have excellent database management ability

The job role includes:

Working within a successful team that manages legacy asset transfers

The daily management and allocation of client funds

The organising, preparation of and the recording of client reviews

Updating the CRM database and sending out of regular reports

Collation of client data from product providers

Placing trades using different platform providers website to realise monies and invest monies as required

managing the capital gains allows at the year end by calculating the estimated gains made and making recommendation of which funds to buy and sell.

Contacting of clients prior to advisor meetings to confirm appointments and obtain up to date information in line with practice processes and advisor requirements

Lead and develop proactive marketing to new and existing clients, recognising opportunities and marketing to clients accordingly

You will need to be very well organised, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal .
